HARTFORD CT— Longtime bicycle commuter Gary Spivak says that he feels like an idiot. Spivak says that the idea to "Get the f--k off the road" had never really occurred to him until he received the suggestion from a passing motorist last Friday afternoon as Spivak was cycling along Stanley Street from his job in downtown Hartford to his home in New Britain. Fifty-four year old Spivak says that although he has been cycling the 14 mile roundtrip daily for the past 23 years he now wonders, "What in the hell was I thinking!"
